1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88fbi online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through 88fbi.vip. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and use the 88fbi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fbi strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21 and reserves the right to require proof of age at any time.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may only hold one active account on the platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different payment methods or devices are used.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or making deposits and withdrawals.

88fbi reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

88fbi accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these channels are credited to your 88fbi balance instantly and are subject to no processing fee charged by 88fbi.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 1 to 3 business hours depending on the originating bank.
• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. 88fbi does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed above.
• All funds deposited must be used for gaming activity only. Depositing funds for purposes other than playing on the platform — including for the purpose of money laundering — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

88fbi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, you must contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment channel used to make the original deposit. 88fbi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• If a bonus has been claimed and the associated wagering requirement has not been met, 88fbi reserves the right to withhold the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from the withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• 88fbi reserves the right to delay or deny a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified via the contact details on your account.

In the event that a player's account is closed — whether voluntarily or by 88fbi — any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last used payment channel, subject to successful identity verification.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

88fbi offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless specified otherwise, the standard rollover requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• Free spins, when awarded, are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 88fbi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal or cancellation will be honoured.

The misuse of bonuses — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner designed to achieve a mathematically risk-free outcome, or exploiting technical errors — will result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all funds associated with the account.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fbi platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and may result in further legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the platform, including its game engines, payment processing systems, or administrative interfaces.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.

88fbi employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to appeal the forfeiture of account balances or winnings accrued during the period of the prohibited activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fbi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 88fbi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of 88fbi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms.

• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written permission of 88fbi.
• Third-party game content accessed through the platform — including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — is the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to that provider's own licensing terms.

• Any damage to a player's device, software, or data arising from their use of the platform, including damage caused by malware or other malicious code introduced through third-party advertisements or external links not under 88fbi's control.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

88fbi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 88fbi will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the account holder within 30 days of the suspension. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not implicated in the breach will be returned subject to identity verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

88fbi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, wagering requirements, or account eligibility — 88fbi will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting an announcement on the platform or sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. 13. Disputes and Complaints

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, or other nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 88fbi's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of 88fbi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
